Abstract:In this paper, hold that there are three flavour districts on food and drink in China, they are strongly pungent flavour district on the upper and middle reachs of the yangtze river. pungent flavour district on the easten in chinese northen and light flavour district along the southeast coast, by way of the synthetical study put to use statistics and analyse, on the spot investigation and document records. meanwhile hold that the natual circumstances reasons take shape the districts are few sunshine, mosit and cold in the winter, analys the social reasons take shape the districts,for example migrate, etc.
